Schoolwide Learner Outcomes
1. College and Career Readiness
Long-term students will graduate from high school with the academic skills necessary to successfully accomplish post-high school education and/or training to achieve professional and personal goals.
2. Development of Critical Thinkers and Problem Solvers
Long-term students will increase academic achievement in English Language Arts and mathematics:
- Read with comprehension
- Interpret, analyze, compare and contrast fictional and non-fictional text
- Use Standard English grammar and language conventions in written and oral communication
- Use mathematical skills in algebra and geometry to calculate, question, test, and solve problems
- Demonstrate the mathematical background to pursue advanced high school and entry level college math courses
3. Responsible Citizenship
Long-term students will become respectful and productive citizens who are able to contribute positively to their families, communities, and global society
Long-term students will practice community service, perform duties involving civic responsibility and use resources to promote the health and welfare of themselves, their families, and communities.
